"Absolutely shocking customer service"

Absolutely shocking customer service, received a perx card from my employer but card not recognised when trying to activate.
My employer has spent several hours in queues over the past week trying to speak with Perx only to either be hung up on or told "cant speak to you, GDPR, we must speak to the employee"
Me as an employee sat in that queue for an hour only to be told "cant help you, your card is blank, speak to your employer" then hung up on.

So we are now over a week after Perx took a lot of money from my employer and have no valid cards that can be used.

Looking at our legal rights, I believe this constitutes a "breach of contract", but to me it's just Daylight Robbery.

Giving these people even 1 star is too much.

"Dreadful customer service"

Dreadful customer service, was out on hold for 1 hour before I hung up. Still can't activate my card due to some fault on their side ...what a hassle

"Very bad customer service"

Very bad customer service. Rang 3 times before I got through to someone. We bought cards for our employees and cards can't be allocated to their account. Sales said it's card support issue. Eventually got card support and they said the cards are empty with no information or balance on them.

"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY "

Usual story every year with registering the card, absolute nightmare. Eventually got the card registered and activated. Then kept saying that there was an error when trying to register 3D Secure. Tried calling, after 1 hour and 20 minutes got through to a human and she hung up within 30 seconds. Tried calling back, 2 hours and 10 minutes later got through to someone. Said he'd transfer me, 1 hour and 5 minutes later was still on hold and then the line went dead. Tried calling back and hit the button for them to return my call. 3 days later I still haven't received a callback. Please employers do not use this company for paying bonuses to staff. They are diabolical. The call centre staff are lazy and incompetent. They just put you on hold and haven't got a clue what they're doing.

"Terrible customer service hung up on…"

Terrible customer service hung up on more than twice finally get through to them and the say they dont have the clearance to help and to just send an email with account deatils now waiting since thursday without an update. work collegues having similar issues would give less than 1 star if possible. expect to be on helpline multiple times for over an hour and still none the wiser1

"Trying to activate my card what a joke…"

Trying to activate my card what a joke keep saying that the card is already associated to another user sent email and no reply rang the 4 time start giving my card details and phone would go dead after waiting to get through for 1 hour worse customer service off all time

"Multiple issues"

Couldn't get into my existing account to add the new card, then forgot password functionality didn't work. Called and sat on hold for nearly an hour and when I got through the guy couldn't fix it and told me I'd have to email in and they'd raise a ticket with IT. Then the call ended suddenly. Somehow managed to login on a different device but then it wouldn't accept the card. On hold for another hour. Eventually got card sorted but then 3d secure enablement wouldn't work. Logged out and eventually got it working. Tried to use the card this morning and got error message. Awful service.

"Making it difficult for you to use it."

The link to check your balance and card details you receive on email expires, so you can't check your card details.
If you are lucky enough to manage to create an account to log in and check online (it took me months to be able to do that, with hours of waiting on the phone), you get your card details except your CVV....which is not helpful as you cannot use it without CVV.
Their customer service only works Mon-Fri.

You will be better off with going with One4All giftcard.

"Why so complicated "

Worst gift card ever! Set up using my mobile phone, then card asks for a 4 digit pin that was not part of the set up process, can't activate the card, can't delete account to set up on a laptop or pc and get a 4 digit code, can't get through to Perx at all, wouldn't recommend this company to my worst nightmare
