Have two perxreard cards from work and cannot get either working been onthe phone 3 times this week to try and sort this out and still can’t activate them.Everytime I ring I’m waiting at least 1 hour

"Give me my money"

Received card and can't access it.
Spent an hour and 10mins on the line finally got through and was told email address was tied up with the old system and that I needed to email my issue to the card support section. Then got cut off - very suspiciously........ Tried ringing back and there was a 80 min wait..........Email card support - god knows when I will hear from them. One week to christmas and this money is needed to purchase gifts. It is madness they have everyone's hard earned money and don't have the proper systems to allow people to use the money. There must be some breach here. Now they are not even taking calls on their customer service line due to the volume of calls - I am not suprised at that. Taking peoples money in good faith as gifts to people and causing anxiety and so much frustration for the person that receives the card. They must be making some profit from people losing the will to live and giving up altogether hope of ever getting their money. Give me my money!!!

"Terrible Service to activate Cards"

Terrible Service to activate Cards, staff spend hours on the phone today, 1 staff member managed to get through and to be told they could not Sort out other cards for staff members, they expect each of our staff to send more than 1 hour on calls to activate cards. The worst service we have ever experienced. Promised a call back which we never received. A nice gift for our staff has become a stressful task!

"Can not use my Card for over 1 Year…"

Can not use my Card for over 1 Year now. Wrote around 30 email and was in contact with phone support , spoke to around 6 different Advisors but they all stoped responding. They never called me back or was able to solve that I can not use my Card.

"Awful customer service"

Awful customer service. Awful user experience. Always problems every year. I cannot register my card, and customer service takes weeks to reply. I now know why since probably every card receiver has an issue. Would not recommend any company to give these cards to their employees.

"ZERO Stars due.."

ZERO Stars due... Been on hold 3 times for almost an hour, none of our staff can access their cards. All 3 times, the phone went dead within 2 minutes of speaking with someone. Will definitely not be going with Perx next year.

"Every year its a battle to activate the…"

Every year its a battle to activate the card. I've a double barrel second name which makes everything a pain, as their systems are incapable of handling it. I dread seeing these being handed out, as it means 5+ hours calls and dozens of emails.

"Same story every year"

Same story every year, can't log in using old login, can't register with same email address, an hour wait time to get through to customer services. Just going around in circles trying to register card so can use it. Patience growing very thin with this company. Will be asking my employer to use another company next year for bonus pre paid card.
