"Good app but slow with solving third party issues"
We really like the functionality - and it's very easy to see the status of all SMS-s. But - there is easy to understand if we have a issue, solving issues with third party providers taking so much time - so we have now moved almost all traffic to another provider (local one) where we have less issues (but not so good management interface) and faster problem solving.

"Fantastic Services"
Been with twilio for 8 years and they've been stellar. I hope all other service companies would be as innovative and supportive as Twilio without breaking the bank. Twilio is awesome. Keep it up!

"Billing"
Would like to pay as you go... adding fund is not good for me. Twilio needs to look into how invoices are. E-mail receipts are incomplete.

"Not a good experience"
High friction in the invoice side, more than 2 months to have it solved, huge amount of emails exchanged.
Not covering properly Europe, specially Netherlands and Switzerland.

"affordable api/phone solutions"
it's not a 5 star for lack of global number coverage

"Fantastic, and propelling our business in new directions"
We have been offering a niche CRM / Lead Capture and Metrics reporting system to attorneys for a few years. After the addition of Twilio 2-way SMS, and integrating a WebRTC dialer , we are now getting referrals to some of the best law firms in the country. Our ability to track conversations, and record call attempts for metrics is giving the firms clear visibility into the production activity of their staff, and gaining more fluid customer contact via SMS that is translating into revenue growth. I'd give 5 stars easily if there were a few additional code-building functions for non-coders like myself. I love to tinker and test code when I can, but I don't like to pay my developers for tinkering. I think the code is so simple and flexible, but I just don't fully understand how to build and deploy something.. so maybe just some simpler video instruction, code builder and deployment instructions for hacks like me. Other than that, bravo Twilio!
