Historic review: I've always ordered Armani J45 so this was my second pair. The first pair had gone through a lot of wear and washes, so when I put the second pair on, they didn't feel the quality of the first.
Though it was just me and they were fine in every other respect.
I've now ordered a new pair from a household name upper class outfit and, wow, yes , so much lighter and smoother.
Also the 'reviews on Stuarts own website look suspicious - bland and saccharine

"Costs more than a large coffee to return your item"
£4-5 to return a product that was not as pictured on the website is daylight robbery. Customer service is both slow and unprofessional. The only thing going for this site/company are it's half-decent sales. That being said, after returning my product dissatisfied, I now find myself out of pocket a good few quid- would've been better off going to the purchase of a large coffee (certainly likely to give you less of a headache than this company).

I ordered around 1pm, item marked despatched and tracking info given within 30 minutes and delivered the next morning. The price was a lot cheaper than elsewhere, too!

I Purchased a pair of shoes online with £3.95 delivery charge free. This was detailed on my receipt.
I returned the shoes, at a cost of £4.64. The cheapest option they offered.
My purchase cost was refunded minus £6.95. The total cost to me being £11.59.
I queried this and was offered a postage refund for the error as a good will gesture.
The amount refunded was £3.95, this was no gesture and only went some way to rectify the mistake.
Whilst they may claim this is within the terms, it is at best misleading and bordering on fraudulent.
I am very disappointed in this retailer and would not recommend them.
