londons most iconic store, my family has been shopping at Stuarts since the 80's what's more there to say.

"Dont obey consumer law!"

Be aware that Stuart's London do not obey consumer law. Stuarts London are not a member of the retail ombudsman and they even refused to speak the ombudsman about my particular complaint. I'm in the process of going to a small claims court. This has been an eye-opener for me, small business like this do not want to know if there is a problem I will be shopping at more reputable companies in the future.

Stuartslondon store is a legend store. One of London most best independents I have come across in many years of buying good quality clothing even better customer sevice to match. I was amazed at the customer care and attention given when I made my first online purchase.

Being in the US I thought I was going to Have an issue with the size that I ordered incorrectly, so contacted Stuarts and they offered me swap service for exchange straightaway with no issues at a cost of $35.00.
Very fast service with Fed ex, helpful team and the products they offer are just brilliant at an affordable price.

"Customer always right?"

Ordered a pair of US shoes and despite making it clear that I required a pair of UK 10 I was sent a pair of US 10 which were obviously too small. I was then fobbed off saying that these particular shoes were now marked with the UK size and that they do come up a little small and this is explained on their site. After several emails they finally agreed to refund my return postage costs but strangely it never arrived. I have since ordered the same shoes from a different online retailer who got it right and also confirmed that these shoes have never been marked with UK sizes! Such a shame as this site does stock some really nice gear but have now lost me as a customer
