"Not a bad word today"

I am surprised that these guys have a few bad reviews because I couldn’t say anything bad about the way they dealt with me, I wasn’t even a customer of theirs at the point of contact and I was actually being cheeky and asking for the world of them and they were so helpful and welcoming to my requests that they sorted me out within a couple of emails so I placed an order and within in an hour they had it delivered to store and I collected it. What more can I ask for. The store is great, no one rushing you and they know their mens fashion, nothing bad to say from me, I look forward to going back.

"Absolutely horrible service"

Absolutely horrible service. Sent the item back and there was no one to receive it only for the shoes to come back to me. Now they are telling me they can only give me credit if I pay and try and return the shoes to them. Avoid at all costs. Going to dispute this transaction with the bank.

"Good Deal, Great Seller."

Ordered a pair of RM Williams boots which arrived in the USA, as described, and on my feet within 72 hours. Wonderful shopping experience, seamless transaction, good selection and competitive pricing, and appreciate being able to shop in US dollars (i.e., no currency conversion or other fees, etc.). I would not hesitate to buy from again; highly recommended.

"Worst customer experience and service…"

Worst customer experience and service I've had in years, can NOT recommend!
I wish this was only about the non-sufficient or customer-unfriendly information concerning taxes or customs.
A pair of jeans stretched way more than usual after first washing - and I can say this with total confidence, because there was another pair of jeans from the same delivery, same size and same model with it in the washing mashine. While one pair stretched a little as expected, the other pair stretched three times as much and are now "baggy pants". Customer service blames it on the washing, altho the other pair was washed simultaneously and did not lo(o)se fit.
I am now left with high-price product I cannot use and a customer service that is unable or unwilling to take responsibility.
Literally worst customer service experience in the last couple of years.

"Great all round service"

Great all round service. Ordered a couple of jackets separately and got free next day delivery on both. Items arrived nicely packaged. Returned one jacket with no hassle, quick turnaround processing the refund. Can't fault them and will definitely use them again.

"OMG!!!"

OMG!!!
Where do I start?
This company I would NEVER EVER, recommend, in fact I would tell people to stay clear. This has to be the worst company I have ever dealt with in the 40 years of me buying in stores/online. SHOCKING in fact.
Started buying from this company on Tuesday 14th September 2021.
First order would not go through by using neither PayPal nor Amazon, rejected payment. Called them and they took payment. Order came fine, but the jeans were extremely too small.
Called them and I had to buy another pair a size up, as they would not send out another size up till they got the others back. Sent them back they gave me FREE returns as I would expect.
They refunded me once they got the jeans back.
This is where everything started to go wrong and I mean wrong. Purchased 2 Armani T-Shirts one XL and 1 XXL, the reason for this, was to make sure when they came out at least I would have 1 that would actually fit. When I called them to get a FREE returns label, it was a nightmare.
They eventually sent me the FREE returns label to send the T-shirt back. But when it comes to refunded me they took £3.95 off the refund, for the postage costs? How dare they. When I pointed this out to them, this is where the customer service went right out the window, the girl started to read me the riot act about terms and conditions and forwarded them to me via email.
I then stated look get me the refund back to my card for this £3.95 before a raise a dispute with my credit card company. She spoke to a so called manager, and stated as a goodwill they would refund me the £3.95 LOL how dare they.
At this point, I said tell you what, have my account closed and I will never purchase another item from you in my lifetime, and I hope that for the future, that you don’t treat customers like this.
