"I would not recommend anyone to shop…"

I would not recommend anyone to shop here. Both copies and items that are broken are sold. If you try to complain, you will not be heard, especially if you order if you order from another European country.

Absolutely disgusted. This company is complete fraud.. greedy to its core!! Package was missing.. would not refund.. there’s a pandemic and they want you to sign for a package..! Will contact my bank regarding this.. you fraudsters!

"Have shopped with Stuart's for years…"

Have shopped with Stuart's for years and can now say I will never shop with them again.
Having placed purchases in my basket I have been pushed to pay with PayPal. I don't want to pay with PayPal, I want to pay with my Visa Debit. The website is useless and goodbye Stuart's. How frustrating, shopping should be a nice thing to do. Stuarts has lost direction.

"Charm of postage tut tut Stu London"

Real disappointed with my experience. Ordered item didn’t fit right as material was very thin no problem, so I promptly returned item, as I was repackaging the item I became aware I would have to pay the returns price, again not a major problem little disgruntled but here is where I am extremely disappointed not only did we pay £5.00 postage to return the item....Stuart’s London deducted their initial ‘Free’ delivery price from the hundred and odd pounds we paid. Extremely dissatisfied as I am fully aware things cost etc blah blah blah but they should either make that very very CLEAR as they do when they advertise FREE delivery or just not charge the customer twice. Such a shame because had we not been in a rush for our holiday we would have requested an exchange and of course ordered again from the site but well Stuarts London try and please work on your customer relations and support needs as it doesn’t build a great rapport, trust nor does in retain customers!
Beware of postage prices as we paid near enough £10.00 for nowt tut tut Stu tut tut

"Absolute scam of a company"

Absolute scam of a company. If you ever need to return anything to them then, boy, are you in big trouble.

They will make you pay for returns (fair enough, not great but whatever), then will just not refund you. I eventually had to open a PayPal case against them, where they were deceptive and tried to lie to PayPal to get out of paying a refund.

There are many good stores out there selling the same product - go to one of them instead (End, Goodhood etc) because the service and store as a whole is entirely incomparable.

"Dubious refund policy not made obvious."

I bought a pair of trainers as a Christmas present for my son, thinking I would have (at least) 28 days to return them if they weren't suitable in line with the policy most other stores use. What I didn't realise was that the trainers were classed as a "sale item" because they had been reduced in price, and therefore had to be returned within 14 days to be eligible for a refund.

That is fine if this was made obvious and clear at time of purchase, but no, the policy is not displayed on the first, or even the second page of the returns policy. Instead it is buried deep within the T&Cs. It is almost as if they don't want customers to know of the policy! Such a rare and unusual policy should be made clear and obvious rather than buried in the small print.

I would strongly advise against using this company.

"I made a purchase on the basis the…Free Delivery"

I made a purchase on the basis the website offered free Uk delivery. This option wasn’t available at check out but I continued assuming it could easily be rectified. My first communication was ignored totally. When I chased up a few days later they initially denied that offer had been available - despite my sending a screen shot clearly showing it was.
They finally agreed in writing I was due a refund but wrote to say my negative comments on social media “would make that difficult”.
I’ve continued to make negative but true comments and have now been threatened with legal action for defamation.
The product and delivery were fine, but the customer service is shockingly poor and very amateur.
The real measure of an organisation is how they react when something goes wrong, and Stuart’s ignore, dismiss and threaten their customers. Be aware
