Sells defective scratched wallet and claims big scratch is part of the manufacturing process. I wouldn't buy items here if my life depended on it. Finally I couldn't even get a refund because the manager refused. So I am out shipping, cost of item, and my time but I received terrible service from stuartslondon so that was expected.

It was very disappointed after I checked out they emailed me saying the discount was not valid for international customers so you will need to pay the difference thus I cancel the order.

I agree with david melaugh. They have turned into a scam company. I ordered. Paid through PayPal. Got a confirmation email. It also said it would notify me when they shipped. A day later I got an email to pay another fifty plus pounds if I wanted them to ship. I said no I want a refund. I am still waiting. And if you look on their site you will also see that the amount of stock is getting lower, less to choose from. That alone is a sign a business is failing. The previous to this transaction I ordered and received what was suppose to be Hugo Boss track pants. When I received them they obviously were not. Very poor quality. I had to send them back at my own expense and they deducted an exorbitant restocking fee for obviously fake merchandise. Avoid this company like the plague.

If I could give a minus I would I have purchased loads from Stuart’s over the years but never again They have turned into a scam company have ripped me off and charge postage twice and their customer services way of dealing with it is to ignore you spend your money somewhere else we’re they won’t rip you off

Just bought a pair of Adidas Hamburgs (Fish market edition) from Stuarts to be shipped to Australia. Shipping was $30 which I thought was a bit heavy, but were shipped with Fedex, they arrived from the UK within a week, perfect condition with tracking updates every day. Worked out perfect for me.
