Hôtel très bien situé et tout était génial.
Nous avions un appartement pour nous tout seul, ce n'était pas le grand luxe mais c'était parfait pour nous.

"Disappointed …"

We had read mixed reviews before booking, so we were slightly apprehensive for our stay. I’ve never left a bad review for anywhere or at least try to keep it balanced but the start to our stay was disappointing at hotel Argana, we’d emailed about airport transfers with flight times ect , when we arrived there was no one there, had to sort our own taxi at midnight-we complained at the desk and the problem was never resolved.
We got there and they gave us the wrong room , we booked a double with a sea view& balcony , the room we were given was nothing like the photos on booking, it was outdated, had 3 single beds, (not much use for me and my husband) was by the busy and noisy road, the air con didn’t work and only half the lights worked, we went back to reception to complain who said they ‘were having problems with rooms tonight’ and to come back at breakfast for an ‘upgrade’. Also the door didn’t lock upon leaving the room, nothing was done about this. It was 1am at this point so we had an awful night sleep in a hot, noisy room. Went back to reception the next morning and were told we could have a ‘superior room’ like they were doing us a favour -when in fact this is what we actually had booked. The receptionist said ‘the room you are in is old and not as nice, we’ll give you a renovated one’. We had to wait until 2pm for the room.
So we went spent the day by the pool while we waited , the hotel is undergoing construction work and there was hammering, drilling and banging around the pool and in the building all day until 9pm at night -on top of already being tired and let down -it was not relaxing.
While at reception we heard other guests complaining of the exact same problem of not having the room they paid for.
Breakfast was good, lots of choice , but dinner was just okay, definitely go outside the hotel for authentic Moroccan food.
The staff at the pool bar were lovely but the cocktails on the list did not match up with what you received, not the right ingredients were put into them -what you ordered wasn’t what you got.
The staff work really hard to keep the hotel clean and the maids did an excellent job of room service. It’s also easy to organise trips /experiences through the hotel.
There is a night club right outside the hotel and depending on where you are in the hotel you can hear this into the night. And the doors to the balcony do not block out noise from the evening entertainment or the hotel next door (or the constant noise from the concrete breaker).
The beach is further away than anticipated and is a slight hill on the way back and the hotel is more on the road than the seafront.
While we understand renovations need to be done at some point, and appreciate they were doing this to improve the hotel-it had a big impact on our 4 night stay -there was a sign to say work was 11am -5pm, these times were not stuck to. Perhaps we had been given the room we payed for from the start my review would have been better.
Having looked now at the bad reviews -I see they have done this many times to other guests

Nous aurions dû lire les avis car oks ont résumé vraiment ce que nous avons constaté. Nous nous attendions à un hôtel haut de gamme, qualité de service....rien du tout! Des mensonges décrits en description de l'hôtel!! On voulait une vue sur la mer, mais nous avions vue sur piscine et travaux.
Même pas une carafe d'eau ! Il faut acheter la bouteille d'eau 4×plus chère. !!il.faut faire la queue pour avoir les assiettes et pour se servir ! !Aucune organisation ! !
Dégoûtée d'avoir été arnaqué!!

"Hotel nul zéro pointé"

Hotel nul zéro pointé, sans en être un.. ils ne veulent que le paiement de votre facture sans même avoir réalisé la prestation attendue. Une honte, il font de la surréservation et vous propose d'aller dormir dans un appart hôtel plus loin en l'absence de chambre disponibles mais le prix que vous payerez et celui de l’hôtel. donc je vous conseil de vous orienter vers un autre hôtel plus sérieux et plus professionnel. Pour votre bien et celui de votre famille passer votre chemin. en plus le service n'est pas à la hauteur non plus, assiettes, couverts verres tables insuffisants pendant le service, une catastrophe. pire Hôtel que j'ai fréquenté. je n'y poserai plus jamais les pieds.
Toujours aussi nul dans votre communication. Je ne reviendrai jamais dans cet établissement et j espère que mon avis permettra à toutes personnes d éviter notre l expérience honteuse que nous avons eu dans votre établissement et que vous avez reconnu en vous moquant de vos clients. A bon entendeur, plus jamais à l argana.

j'ai été vraiment impressionné par la propreté des chambres. Le service était également excellent, le personnel était très attentionné et serviable surtout surtout la gouvernante général, Je recommande vivement cet hôtel !

Everything in this hotel is just wow but what took my attention more is how it’s more clean than my previous experiences the towels and bed are always tidy and clean and there’s always an amazing smell everywhere in the hotel

"Vacances formidables"

Après 7 séjours à l’hôtel Argana je suis toujours aussi ravie de revenir en octobre prochain. Le patron a fait d’énormes investissement à tous les niveau ascenseur rénovation des vitres et portes on ne peut que le féliciter. Les repas sont toujours très bons et le personnel charmant. La restauration d’une partie du Spa tenu impeccablement par Mme Siham est magnifique.

Nous sommes arrivés le soir et avons eu une chambre au bout du monde et pas vraiment conforme aux photos que le site de réservation. l’Eau chaude arrivait après 10 minutes. Nous avons donc le lendemain demander une autre chambre et cette fois conforme à celle vu que le site de réservation.

- Pas de wifi dans la chambre uniquement à la réception , restaurant et piscine

- Personnel au top 👌🏽 11/10
- Localisation ? 10/10
- Restaurant de l’hôtel 6/10 , pas trop apprécier personnellement et prix proche de ceux en Europe .
- Salle de gym ? Payante pas inclus dans les frais de séjours = 4 pounds/ 1h30 , clairement plus chers que en UK .
- Boissons non comprise dans le dinner du soir . Vous devez payer en plus en moyenne £2 max la boisson .
