The help I received was outstanding they couldn't help me enough room was excellent and food was great
It was a great experience

The hotel was good apart from when we arrived we had to wait long time to check in when we did they give us a below average room considering it’s a 4 star after complaining then they said we will change it the next day they did that room was a 4 star the house maid called IIham was excellent made us welcome always with a smile asked us we need anything room was always clean

Très impressionné par les rénovation qui ont eu lieu tant dans les chambres que les équipements ( hammam spa etc ...). Sans oublier la gentillesse et l'Éternel sourire du personnel.
Il paraît que cet été beaucoup de nouveautés seront inaugurées dans la ville, plage et voisinages immédiats de l'hôtel. Je suis impatient de voir

"Worse hotel I’ve been to"

Worse hotel I’ve been to, where do I start, firstly the staff was rude the rooms I paid for wasn’t what I expected, it was terrible, hotel looks old fashioned, food wasn’t great at all my kids had food poisoning, I paid for all-inclusive in the restaurant they charge for water, let alone drinks, only one swimming pool in the hotel, they also charge you for towel, you’re not allowed to bring food into the hotel from outside, and 8am in the morning you can hear construction noise! Agadir was a terrible experience, mainly because of the hotel I wouldn’t recommend anybody going to this disgusting hotel!!!!

"J’ai passé un excellent en famille"

J’ai passé un excellent séjour en famille, le personnel est très accueillant, l’hôtel se situe dans un emplacement idéal tout proche de la plage et du centre ville à la fois, nous avons profiter aussi de la belle vue sur océan depuis notre chambre.
Les femmes de chambres sont au petit soin, j’ai aussi apprécié les repas petit déjeuner copieux dîner savoureux avec des buffets à thèmes.
En tout cas j’y reviendrais sans hésitation.
