"I have been enjoying Crafters Companion…"

I have been enjoying Crafters Companion product line for 4 years now. They are my one stop shop for all my crafting needs - sewing, cards, scrapbooks, quilting, adult coloring, mixed media. I plan to use their products fro many years to come. Of special note is my love of the Gemini - it literally changed my crafting experience. Now I am learning to quilt!

I am pleased with the quality and prices of your products.

I wasn't overly impressed with the items in the mystery packages sold at the warehouse liquidation sale.
They were mostly rubber stamps, which I seldom use anymore.
A brief description of the types of items included would have been very helpful.

The customer help is VERY good and Dalia is an AWESOME person to deal with........she has helped me tremendously.
Can't say enough good things about her!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

"Dissapointing"

I have shopped with Crafter's Companion for many years and always valued the service and the feeling of belonging to a 'family'. The company has expanded very quickly in recent years and sadly I now feel that it is too big and losing the friendly touch it once had. The range of items is now vast and I don't have the time or patience to search the website. I am also very disappointed that the company has left Hochanda.

"e-mails not answered -not getting all…"

e-mails not answered -not getting all the goods i ordered -but being told with letter accompaning good i was getting refund - well over a month now still no refund - all the carry on with box ten for uk -- feel this company has go to the dogs as far as uk customers are concerned -I know new to crafting and in only a year got up to gold level -maybe not a lot of money to you but a lot of money to me spend in what Ithought was a good caring company - but since the change over - it seams althought uk is ment to be parent company -it is all for usa and - uk cutomers left by the wayside - 6 months ago i would have given 5 stars -but so dissapointed now -not sure if i will continue with crafters companion at all now

Good quality and good variety of items and original craft supplies, reasonably priced and the customer service is amazing. The staff at their Evesham store couldn't me more friendly and helpful.

I have been using Crafters Companion for a year or two now. I have platinum membership at the Club Inspire. Delivery is usually extremely quick. The website is very easy to use and has an increasing amount of suppliers. I do a lot of parchment and would like to see you stock Claritystamp (Groovi), as soon as they come out. It has of late, been a few days before I can find those products. Being a platinum member it is more economical for me to get products from you and get the 20% discount. Therefore if the products were available as soon as they came out, I would be able to make more purchases from yourselves. This is the only thing I find annoying. Otherwise this is a company I could not fault

I have been purchasing crafty supplies from crafter’s Companion for a number of years, excellent products, excellent customer service, and excellent demonstrations on how to craft with these products.

Amazing choice, reasonable prices, good offers; delivery can be a bit hit and miss but usually the slower service coincides with a new launch or sale etc so I can put up with that. Customer service is excellent, courteous, prompt and really helpful.

I would like to say have bought many kits before from this company and others.
No major issues till now with this latest kit I have purchased from Crafter's Companion.
Quite a simple case of there not being enough stuffing in the kit to complete the project.
Well you would have thought simple wouldn't you?
Emailed them stating my problem to be rewarded with an email reply back insinuating that all their kits have ample content to complete the project and did I follow the instructions carefully?
Then why would I have taken the time to actually complain?
Because even though I do love their kits, they are not cheap and when I take the time to tell them that a particular kit was lacking in content then the very least they could do is apologise and address the issue.
Let us see what the reply to my second email stating this will be just as condescending and accusing as the previous reply was....
Poor custom service indeed.


Have to add Crafter's Companion have really come through and I have added a new review. This still stands at the time it was posted. I would say I am unable to write a new review but they have now responded and the service has been 5 star. Thank you for finally sorting this all out. Finally a happy customer.
