I have been a Crafters Companion customer for many years and have always been happy with my purchases, any problems are always quickly and beautifully handled by the customer services team. So really there is never a problem as any are quickley dealt with so efficiently.

Since leaving HOCHANDA you seem to be very ( selling ) and not customer oriented. I’ve been with you almost since you started. I’m a platinum member and I remember when we were given good deals and you really cared that we spent on your site. I do still buy but not nearly like I did. I certainly don’t watch CnC I just don’t like them. Remember where your roots are. I know how this all reads but I do love your products and will buy but just a little. Sorry Sara.

Crafters Companion is my preferred online supplier as it stocks a lot of products connected to my genres of crafting. A good service and my orders arrive in a very good time frame from point of ordering. Love the fact that my orders are post free and I can accumulate points during the year to get my club membership discounts.
My only disappointment that currently they do not seem to have such a high profile now they have returned to Create and Craft. I watched their programmes far more when on Hochanda. Of course my opinion only!

"I hate to have to knock a star off"

I hate to have to knock a star off, because CC was always a five star (or more!) for me. However, since they left HOCHANDA and got a new website, they don’t seem to have enough time or stock to keep the customer happy. I can’t fault the staff, I don’t think it’s their fault at all. I just get the feeling that everything is being spread too thinly. The quality of the items is still top notch. The subscription box has been a bit of a fiasco, still not sorted after almost 3 months. I’ve given up collecting them now.

I love crafters companion, although I'm little disappointed as I'm a platinum member for over a year but wasn't automatically sent a free gift at Xmas, I also subscribe to the monthly boxes , and again feel let down, but I understand that the subs should be up and running again soon, I feel crafters companion products are excellent and good quality, I prefer to order direct from them as apposed to a shopping channel

I have been shopping direct with Crafters Companion for over 10 years now mainly for papercraft products and love the quality of their Centura card and other specialist paper products. The coordination of Sara Signature product ranges is so on trend and inspiring and helps me to produce top quality cards and home decor items.

Wonderful products at excellent prices, once you've built up enough points. If there is a problem with an order it's sorted out straightaway.

Would have been 5 stars if they could communicate better when there is an issue with either subscription issues that are still happening with new website or if there is a problem with a product, a simple email letting people know would be less time consuming than having everyone phoning up to find out what is going on.

Excellent service and wealth of products not just CC. Good product tutorials on You Tube. My only complaint is that you are back with Create & Craft. I do not watch as often now as I cannot abide the presenters who are all full of themselves and talk over the guest presenter constantly. I watch Facebook live from America now.I only buy from CCHQ anyway. What small problems I have had with anything has been dealt with immediately at no cost to myself. Certainly recommend CC all the time to my ladies at the WI Craft Club.
