Web site a nightmare to navigate and consistently slow. Have tried to make purchases but cannot check out so give up. Much better service with other craft sites.

I have been a crafters companion customer for many years and never been disappointed in either their products nor their staff customer service. Their ethics on customers never waivers from that they are at the very center of Crafters Companion business. There care and commitment to giving great service is oh screen for everyone to see and Sara and her team are genuinely a warm and great bunch of people to do business with. I have been a platinum member of their craft club since year 1, which i think shows how much i value them. Thank you Sara for sticking with quality in everything you oversee and do.

Hi,I have been buying from Crafter's Companion for a few years now and they are in my opinion one of the very best crafting company's to buy from. Their product range is extensive the website is very good and delivery quick and well packed. If ever I have had a problem with an order it has been dealt with swiftly. They are always happy to deal with any questions you might have I can't rate them highly enough.

I love shopping on the website but find the postage time very frustrating. As a gold member I thought that I would get next day delivery but have waited mostly over a week. In fact I have never had a delivery less than 4/5 days. On one occasion very recently I had to contact CC several times, the new website did not recognise store credit and 2 orders placed were pending for nearly 3 weeks. It was very annoying and I didn't feel it was dealt with that well. Aside from that I have had good response from the Customer Service team.

I used to be a massive fan of crafters companion, however over the last 6 months my experiences have become less favourable. Now with a massive focus on the states it feels like us Brits have become second inline for products and customer service, despite being a UK company.
I also feel that being a new member to crafters companion is better then a longer customer, as you get better offers and more frequent.
Its really a shame as this was THE place i used to go to, but it s very frustrating seeing so much happen in the states and we are forgotten about.

They value their customers. Club Inspire rewards loyal customers by giving good discounts. Lots of offers throughout the year and reduced prices all year round. This applies to current items and not just discontinued lines. Great product launches. Gemini machine is amazing cutting the most intricate dies with ease. The monthly craft box another great idea. Using these has improved my confidence. A combination of the craft box and Gemini has enabled me to use lots of dies that had remained in the packet before, and able to produce eye catching cards. Great Customer Service. If you do have any issues they are easily and quickly resolved. The Christmas gifts that I have received being a Platinum Club Inspire member leaves me feeling special and valued. No other company comes close.

I have had a lot of dealings with Crafters Companion and bought a great deal from them. If I've had any problems, the people at Head Office or lately their shop at Barlborough, have all bent over backwards to help, rectify, suggest a solution - anything they could. I've never had a problem they haven't been able to solve and their products are brilliant, as are their staff who are always friendly and helpful. Everything you want in a craft provider!
