Poor products and dangerous

Have their dies and the gemini. Sent the dies through the machine. Doesn’t cut well at all. To add insult to injury (literally) The metal plate cut my finger as I grabbed it from the other side. Bought a few of their dies. Not happy with the way any of them cut.

As for the Spectrum Noir pens. What a waste of money. If they aren’t already dry in the packet, they will be before long. Total waste of money again.

Not impressed with any product from this company. And their recent actions with regards to copyright is appalling too.

Too concerned about their American customers. We count for nothing now. The move back to create and craft was to boost American custom. Since they moved back I have not bought one thing from them, sad as I bought loads from them on hochanda, and am a gold member for buying direct, I am sure it’s a drop in the ocean t loose my custom but they don’t care anyway, everything is geared toward the big American market. We even pay more given the exchange rate...how does that factor when we are local?

Can not believe this company is emailing their customers and asking for good reviews, surely this isn't right?
They are a bad company. They steal photos from the internet and claim they are hand drawn. The metal shim they have on the Gemini, is lethal, it cuts you. And they don't care. As long as they are making money, that's all they are bothered about. No morals!

"Highly Recommend Crafter’s Companion"

Crafter’s Companion is a company that provides a first class service for many different types of crafter and I definitely recommend them. Their stores are amazing and their staff are an asset to their business. The classes are great and everyone is made to feel welcome, no matter what level of crafter you are.
The products that come under the Crafter’s Companion brand are always first class and there is something for everyone. The quality is excellent - if there was a small criticism it would be there is so much pace to the new items that it’s become very hard to keep up.
Sara has a fantastic team across all parts of the business and the most recent change to using Facebook Live has made it more accessible as it’s easy to go back through the timeline to watch when it’s conve isn’t as many crafter work during the day.

"I don't like the new website"

I don't like the new website. Everything was so familiar. It was so easy to see how much points you would need to stay a gold member , now I don't understand how much I stil need to stay a gold member ? Of course my English is poorly, but at the old website everything was clear to me. I just have to get use to it.

"No change here I'm afraid!"

Nothing has changed with this Company since the last time I left a review.(last year) The reason the reviews/ratings have gone up is because a blanket email was sent 48hrs ago asking to leave a review. I can only think this has been done because Sara has joined Dragon's Den and the reviews as they were would not have cut the mustard. The most recent incident with Crafter's Companion has been that the metal shim which is used with the Gemini is so sharp that people have cut their fingers on it - even a demonstrator cut herself on it just last week before demonstrating on Create and Craft. Crafter's Companion have been informed and NOTHING has been done about it - so not only are they known for doing nothing about demonstrators committing plagiarism, but also sell products which are downright dangerous. I dread to think what would happen if someone is on warfarin . This is a Company with no morals, no ethics and no concern for their customers. As long as they are making money then that is ok.

They were slow to take responsibility for the plagiarism of dies and other products. The attitude is tough you bought the products. We are not responsible.
The sudden upsurge of positive comments does not surprise me. They will stoop to anything. How the hang she is on the den
I wonder if she will shut up. I know where her money comes from, us daft crafters that have been swindled

I've been a customer since late 2016 and always received excellent service. When needing to contact direct, staff have been helpful and courteous and very willing to sort out or rectify any problems. I've many of their products and always been highly delighted with them.

I really do love all products from Crafters Companion. They never disappoint and prices are always reasonable. Plus the way they reward loyalty from customers is the best across the board. No other company looks after you this way
