I'm not on facebook so I'm unable to participate in any promotions you have on that. I'm a papercrafter and jewellery maker but not a sewer, yet unfortunatly nearly all the emails I receive from yourselves are sewing connected, don't forget the paper crafters!

Having spent a fair amount with them, I like that I get free delivery how little I order, which is upgraded to couriered by spending a bit more. Watch out for special promotions, which come quite frequently and for things I want to buy.
Great to see their products being used/demonstrated on TV, especially the sewing and quilting ones.

Best Craft company around, products are inventive, great quality, always on trend. The staff are always friendly and helpful, from the head of the Company down to Ladies who answer the Customer Service phone. I can Highly Recommend this company, they really and truly know Crafts, and what us Crafters want and need. They look after their customers like we are all friends.

Always been happy with the service you provide, I am however struggling with the new website, sorry not computer savvy, the old way/layout was easier for me even the search often doesn't find me what I am looking for, everything I have purchased is very good quality, now your on create and craft they have been cheaper for me to purchase through them, I have not as yet got to one of your shops but hope to soon, I'm in York, I do like to buy from a shop as like to look at products, Chesterfield here I come asap regards Paula

"Reduced rating"

Staff are very friendly and I can usually get what I need from either a store or the website. In the past I would have given a higher rating but have recently been disappointed to find that a class I regularly attend has been cut down to 2 slots per month apparently because the class is not providing sufficient spend for Crafters Companion, since the company appears to be in excellent financial health I think it is sad that a class with a healthy following is to be cut for that reason.

I cannot fault them as a company. I live locally to one of the stores and they are extremely helpful and friendly. They cannot do enough for their customers. I regularly order from the website and not had any issues. I always feel well informed about my order and when it is to be delivered. I like their website and it’s easy to navigate. I lover their Inspire club and as a platinum member the deals and offers I get are fantastic. If I was to criticise anything it would be the amount of plastic they use in their packaging. It would be nice if they rethought some of this.

They are really helpful whenever you phone they always have the answer or find out and ring you back.
There crafty stuff is the best it is always up to the minute and love all there ranges.
If you buy on line you can build up a discount and there is always special discounts of offers.
I could not be without crafters companion for my arts and crafts I just wish they would open a shop down here near Loughton in Essex.
