"I contacted Crafters Companion as my machine stopped working."

I contacted Crafters Companion as my Gemini die cutting machine wasn't working properly. I have only good things to say about the experience I had with them. They answered my emails and my phone call efficiently. The machine was picked up for repair and a was returned to me in working order again.
I do agree however, that the plates do warp very quickly.

"My order never arrived, neither did the refund"

My order for "Jazza's Pro Sketch Pack - Limited Edition" never arrived, after 10 months I emailed them and was told I'd get a refund in 3-5 business days. Now it's almost 3 months later and the money still hasn't been refunded...

"6 Missing Items!!"

Purchased Enchanted Ocean set from QVC. It gets dispatched directly from Crafter's Companion. There are 7 pieces in this set and I received ONE! Handsome Sea Horse Stamp & Die set. All other items in this set are MISSING!!!
How on earth can whoever packed this NOT SEE there are 7 items in this set and tick them off as they pack my order? Surely your employees have packing slips? This is the 2nd time I've had items Missing from orders. I have had to contact QVC and they now have to contact Crafter's Companion and who knows how long I need to wait for a response plus the items I have paid for. I am furious!

"Not happy then but please now"

Brought Gemmi Midi Febuary this year wanting a smaller cutting machine to keep on my desk I've used it twice and the cutting plate has gone totally out of shape bent my dies will not lie correctly on it no matter which way I turn them and trying to get the plate with the die on into the machine is a task in its self seen one of them advertising a die on tictok and told her my problem she to me to contact Crafters and they would help me and sort things out which I did I just got an email back telling me how to use the plate and to turn the die another way and the die also sometimes sticks in the plate and marks the plate I already no this been crafting many years and this is the first time I've had a problem with a machine I expected better from this company but they've been no help what so ever I'm now left with a machine I can't use until I purchase new plates which I shouldn't have to be buying because the machine is brand new still in its box

Update on last review
Since I posted this review Crafter's contacted me by email , I communicated with a lady by the name of Julia who has been very polite and helpful and good communication throughout all of this to get my problem sorted , she arranged to have my machine collected for someone to have a look at it , it returned with extra cutting plate but the problem was still there with it snapping the plate , getting back intouch with email Julia asked me to discard the machine which i have and she has kindly gave me a voucher to spend on there website which I appreciate very much , I can say the service I have received has been outstanding since posting my first review, big thankyou to the team and Julia in resolving this. X

"Misleading dies"

Customer services is totally unhelpful. Ignored second part to my complaint. Then never phoned me as promised. Can honestly say there is no customer help.
Complained about misleading dies, dies do not represent picture shown on packing. Am now reporting to Trading Standards. Will never shop with them again and definately not recommend.

"Rubbish after care ."

Rubbish after care .. was told I would be reimbursed postage for faulty item sent back then was told no, they don’t do this !!
So I paid postage to receive the faulty item then had to pay again to send it back .. no wonder Sara Davies is as rich as she claims maybe she should take a turn on the customer service desk !!!!

"Spectrum noir dried useless worst pens ever"

I bought boxes and boxes of new unopened expensive spectrum noir pens valued at over £300+ because I wanted lots of colours t choose from. yet when I opened them the pens are all dried and don't work. Worst ever. Now I'm out of pocket and I've loads new useless not fit for purpose pens. Very upset and out of pocket! Lovely people at Crafters Companion have promptly replied and promptly sorted this for me. But I will probably buy a different make in the future.

"I am a customer for Crafters Companion…"

I am a customer for Crafters Companion US and I received my order, but according to the company it was cancelled. The item which I ordered did not work so I sent it back to the Fulfillment Center in California. I sent my complaint to their Customer Service email twice and have not received a response. I did read their policy on returns but for some reason they have not replied. I paid $113 and postage of $45.20.

"I am still waiting for a response to my…"

I am still waiting for a response to my order from Hobbymaker 13737631 I will not unpack the Machine until i have received my complete order. I sent an email to Hobbymaker and Crafters companion and i am not impressed yet again with the response. Crafters Companion havent even responded and it pains me to say have let me down several times on there Bundle deals. cant somebody please investigate and resolve because this type of thing should not be happening to anyone. All i want is my orders complete.
