"Waste of money"
Ive been trying to contact crafters companion since the covid outbreak without success, i dont do facebook twitter. I only want to email them but no address. Just before lockdown i purchased their large gullotine which wasnt cheap at £39.99. For about a month it cut lovely but then whenever i cut paper it would either crease the paper or partly cut it then feather the rest. When we re opened from lockdown i returned it to my local craft store PDA. They exchanged it for another, we then went into lockdown again and again a few months later it started doing this again grrrr. I could understand if i did alot of crafting but i can go months without even using it and whats the point if it wont even cut standard paper. Cant even complain as i cant get in touch with crafters companion customer services. And the craftshop said that there isnt anything they can do as its now over a year old and they havent had any reps in to deal with it, what a waste of money

"My students bought me a Gemini junior…"
My students bought me a Gemini junior for Christmas last year. I read all the directions prior to using it. I even brought a friend over who has one to make sure that I was using it correctly. Well, the plates were terrible. Even though I turned them as directed, they became so bent that I could not get anything to cut. Now I cannot even get them into the machine. I contacted Gemini and they have never responded to my inquiry. SAVE your money!! I would never buy from them again. My old Big Shot works better that Gemini.

All the reviews of the Gemini Junior that mention the warping of the plates, magnetic sheet and plastic shims are unfortunately true.
I bought the Rose Gold Gemini Junior as a Birthday treat. I have had to stop using it as I cannot afford to keep replacing the plates, plastic shims and magnetic sheets every 2 weeks.
It literally ate the magnetic sheet. I have only had it a month and have had to replace the magnetic sheet and the plastic shim (which was warped beyond belief), I have had to replace the clear cutting plates twice already. They bow after 2-3 uses and one actually cracked whilst going through the machine.
Luckily I still have my Cut n Boss, still going strong after 6 years and the cutting plates,shims and magnetic sheets last forever on the Cut n Boss.

The plates in this machine kept breaking sent it for repair but same thing happened it was replaced with a new one but again plates keep breaking I have broke 10 plates with this machine and do not use it now I definitely would not recommend it.

"Zero response from customer service for nearly a month now"
My order arrived missing items. After I've sent multiple emails and Facebook messages to both their USA and UK customer service addresses, as well as messaged Facebook, and asked for assistance on their live chat during their sales shows, no one has replied, and the issue has not been addressed or resolved. At this point, they have committed theft by taking my payment and not providing the items I've purchased. Crafter's Companion has shown themselves to be a dishonest company and I've yet to see proof that they even provide customer service at all.

"Gemini electronic cutter...meh😢"
I'm giving the Gemini machine three stars because I don't have another to compare it to. Yet. I don't like it much. Never cuts cleanly, I'm always using micro scissors to get the small pieces. It works okay with less detailed dies. Of course, they sell extremely detailed dies, and I have many. Run them thru the Gemini four or five times just to have a chance of getting most of the waste cut. Maybe the machine was damaged in shipping. I can't afford to return it. Right now, very dissatisfied customer, and the person who commented on their poor communication was right on. And why can't we review products right on the website, like Amazon does. Are they afraid of what we might have to say?

"They sent the wrong item"
Waited almost 5 weeks for a die set and they sent the wrong one notified the company twice and they have not responded, very disappointing

"Products unfit for purpose"
Contacted this company regarding my cutting plates for the gemini. It SNAPPED in half when die cutting and flew out the back of the machine in pieces! When I contacted them, they stated they were aware of "manufacturing issue" where a batch of plates were made to an unsatisfactory standard! They sent me new plates the very next day which I was surprised, but pleased at.
Now I have come to use their foil press and today my heating plate snapped down one edge. NOTHING this company makes is fit for purpose. The foilpress doesn't work either, it either over foils, or presses into the materials but doesn't melt the foil adhesive so you end up with and embossed, unfoiled waste of product. I will be switching back to Spellbinders as NOTHING I had from them went wrong, ever!

I ordered the 4 pocket storage for my stamps and got sent dividers instead. I have sent them two emails and have gotten no response. Poor service and not reliable.

"Avoid"
Avoid, the last 2 orders have been missing an item. The customer service phone number isn’t on the “contact us” page so I had to email them twice. They did sent me the missing item from one order, still waiting on the 2nd.
They are replacing some of the dies in their sets with “templates” these are flimsy plastic shapes you have to hand cut out. Really lousy as it’s not clear how many dies vs templates are in the packet. You can easily think it’s a whole set of metal dies. Why would you want to hand cut shapes anyway. If I buy a die set I want dies.
