They treat their staff terribly. Mental health issues are rife due to bullying which they do nothing about. They Used to do quality products but now they break so easily and customer service is terrible. They also steal other artists work and ideas. Avoid like the plague

"Missing parcel problem solved very quick"
My order never got delivered suspected foul play by courier company. They sent a picture saying delivered the image was not my house and nobody I knew in a 10 house street. Crafter's companion have been amazing They have responded immediately to my concerns and understood fully that I shouldn't be the one chasing the parcel. This parcel was worth £91 and they said we will follow up the missing item but in meantime will 're issue the same order free of charge as a replacement. I can't praise them enough I love Crafters Companion products I spend quite a bit of money with them . Keep up the good work. Shame the courier company you use is letting your down. Thank you

"Gemini replacement cutting plates"
I bought a Gemini Junior in October 2021 and within 24 hours of buying it one of the base plates shattered. The shop where I bought it didn’t stock replacement plates and told me they couldn’t get them from the UK because of delays of supply due to Brexit. I eventually got a loan of one from a friend. Very recently the second plate shattered, ( 5 months old, only). I contacted the shop where I bought my machine again, they told me that they were still experiencing supply issues from the UK.and to contact Crafters Companion Customer Services. I did that and had my problems resolved very promptly. A lovely lady called Zara sent me on replacement plates, I am now enjoying using my lovely Gemini Machine again. Hopefully the plates will last longer. Thank you again Zara.

"Gemini Electric Die Cutting Machine - DO NOT BUY"
Bought an expensive Gemini electric die cutting machine and wish I hadn't. The pressure this machine uses stretches and warps the paper/card. As an experienced crafter of 20+ years, I WOULD NOT recommend this machine. Very poor customer service too who never replied to my "help me" emails. Have now gone back to my trusty Cuttlebug and Sizzix Big Shot Plus manual die cutting machines.

"Horrible experience so far"
Still waiting on a 400.00 order request for 2 macHines from 6 weeks ago. No response from website customer service request, and phone customer service says mailbox full so you cannot leave messages or talk to anyone. Tried to stop payment but it was already processed so submitted a request for refund but it has to go back to crafterscompanion so I don’t know if I’ll ever get the machines or refund.
I finally got part of my order but a basic piece is missing so one of the machines is unusable.

"I purchased a gemini machine just over…"
I purchased a gemini machine just over three weeks ago. I had only used it a few times and the plates and magnetic sheet began marking and warping. It looks like I have been using it for years. I have gone back to my old trusty manual machine as I need to cut out lots of items for Christmas crafts. I cannot tell you how very, very disappointed I am with the Gemini. I will only be using it for intricate designs now even though I am not sure how good they will be. A lot of money spent for only a few weeks use. I would not recommend this machine to anyone.

"Poor Service, Very Very Long Despatch/Delivery"
Unfortunately I can not recommend this company whatsoever. After placing a large expensive order 11 days ago i have still not had any confirmation of dispatch, even their website doesn't show what status my order is at - this is despite selecting the express tracked shipping option. I contacted customer services by phone and found the advisor to be nothing short of rude, stating 'if your not happy I will cancel the order'. They claimed they are dispatching with 7-10 days with the delay due to their birthday event, however my partner ordered stuff way before the birthday event and again dispatch and delivery took ages. I fail to understand how any company can take this long to pack and send an order! Every other company manages to ship orders with minimal delay, even within the pandemic, but Crafters Companion seem to take forever before they even put stuff in a box!! Shocking. They are quick enough to charge my credit card with a nearly £200 purchase, yet don't bother to send stuff! It's a real shame they can't get their logistics in order, and even more of a shame that their customer care is non existent. I love crafting, and would have spent a lot of money with this company, however i very much doubt i will ever order from this company again. I would rather pay more and have a quicker delivery than use crafter companion again. Therefore beware.. if you want your stuff within a reasonable time frame then avoid this company like the plague!
