"The customer service at crafters…"
The customer service at crafters companion lie badly, as my gemini 2 which I bought in June 2023 is back with them again. The first time they said that the plates were stuck in the machine with the die, LIE no 1as it went back in the original packaging the same way that it came to me. It is back with them again with the same problem of loud banging and the plates buckling, it is on its third set of plates even using the correct combination for the particular dies being used. I phoned them Monday 16th and they said that the die was on its way back to me by royal mail still not received it, I phoned again today and they said that it was sent by royal mail so the mail company is getting the blame no mention when i will be getting the machine back. How is it I ordered stuff from Nottingham on Monday and it was delivered by believe it or not royal mail. It took Sara Davies the owner a long time to climb the success ladder but the way that her company is performing it won't take long for her to hit rock bottom.

"False advertising, not an eraser"
Purchased Threaders erasable pens from amazon as CC were out of stock. On both their own website and amazon on a larger advert it states the pens have an eraser included. Photographs on the websites and packaging show the pens with this on the end of pens. What is there does not work as an eraser (pen marks were hardly touched) but ruined my embroidery material. I contacted CC and was eventually told the 'eraser' can do that to some material! I suggested that a disclaimer needs to be added to the description which has been passed to the relevant department for consideration. Happy with customer service handling and compensation given. I wont use them again. I gave 3 stars as the pens are good as pens, just dont use tge ereaser!

"Useless customer support, waste of time and money"
I ordered a very small simple item and I needed it urgently. It was checked as delivered but the post office that was suppoused to receive it, did not have it. I contacted them many times thru email, just to receive a single answer "Check this tracking page" and that was all. The phone number that is given for emergencies is not valid, so my only option was to email them. I also called the delivery company which was just as useless, and later on I received an email that my item is lost and to talk to Crafter's Companion. Both of Bring delivery and Crafter's Companion have the most useless customer service. I do not recomend.

Disapointed with crafters compaion orderd alot of stuff and this time fave wated 3 weeks for delivery

"Very poor customer service"
Very poor customer service - no stock. Ordered an item through QVC which is sent direct from crafers companion. I know they have postal problems so I waited double the expected delivery time. Emailed by query - no response. Phoned the customer services to be told that the item was cancelled due to lack of stock and to contact QVC for a refund. Contacted QVC and they are unaware of the cancellation other than they have had a lot of problems with late shipping from crafter companions. They are now trying to speak to crafters to see if they can give me a refund. Crafters companion phone lines now say lines are closed even though they should be open for another 6 hours! Very disappointed that they did not make any contact to say it was cancelled and just kept me waiting for an item.

"Sometimes good but sometimes not."
The positives, Great products at great prices. Always bargains to be had. The negative, their delivery system is not great, they sometimes take ages to post out. The system hasn't improved even though they've built a new distribution centre this year. It's pot luck when they send out parcels. Recently had a problem which wasn't CC fault, they sorted it quickly and efficiently.

"Bad Stock Management!!!"
For the second time I thought I had purchased part of the Template Library collection only to be told that there was not enough stock to fulfil my order. I am now left with parts 1 & 2 of the collection and a nice shiny box to put the collection in, but parts 3 & 4 have been snatched away from me. I only hope they get additional stock in the future but customers services could not guarantee me this after I rang them this morning because they had not replied to my earlier email in May and again earlier this week. I think they do not value their customers because they have grown to big for their boots! There company needs sorting out especially their stock management system and making sure they have enough stock before taking orders especially when popular!!!

I have spent a small fortune on this website and thought the goods were great. Until some of the dies didn’t work or things were missing from order, tried contacting them but repeatedly received bad service. I wasn’t going to buy another product from them but I purchased the Gemini 11, after using it for just 2 weeks, it started making the most horrendous noise and stopped working. I tried a couple of things to release the plates and turned it off. I tried next day, fine but the same thing happened again. I emailed them in June and July with no response. I received a response from 3rd email, today, asking me to ring. The representative was very disrespectful, dismissive and didn’t seem to grasp the problem. Told me NOT to follow instruction book and I should watch Sarah on TV. I disagree as I don’t watch that kind of show. Eventually I was told there was nothing to be done. This isn’t the first time I’ve spoken with customer support and it was the same attitude, no help. I know of others who have had similar experiences. This machine is under warranty, less than 2 months since I placed the order and I’m concerned that more damage could be done if I continue to use it. I like the machine, I don’t want my money back but I’d like some support or advice. I won’t be buying anything from them again.

"I am missing four items from my last…"
I am missing four items from my last two shipments. I’m in the US, I called the customer service number. She got back to me and said she would send out three of the products and refund me for the other one.
I have not received the three replacement items or the money, called and left another message and never got a reply. I either have to buy a lot of product to get free shipping or pay a lot in shipping. Either way I no longer believe I’m going to get my full order. I just want my money back For all 4 items
