"Save your money and do not buy from…"
Save your money and do not buy from this website. I am still waiting on 4 markers that should of arrived 4 days ago and now my art project is delayed. I have emailed twice and no response. I am very unsatisfied with this company and their approach to handling my situation or should I say not responding at all is very unprofessional.

"Shocking and non existent customer service."
Ordered £37 worth of items. They say they use Yodel. YODEL...... That explains everything. I see theyre still as bad as ever 2 years on from this review. Yodel you are the weakest link, close your company because you are less than useless. 3 messages to them simply ignored.as for this company, I've never bought from them again and much better for it. X
I certainly won't be buying from them again and I am still waiting for my items.
Shocking customer service tbth. One would think that an organisation such as theirs would be tuned into the covid virus and seeking to attract customers.... not alienate them. 0 stars for me.

"Dissapointed customer."
The worst cutting machine I have ever had, the quality of the plates is disgusting, I'm scared everytime i put the plate stacks through the machine in case it snaps, I rotate the the clear plate each time but it hasn't made any difference, and it's getting harder to push them through the machine because it is so bowed. I would not recommend buying this machine, it's nothing like they show you on their demos, the first time I used the rubber mat it split in several places, they did replace it though, but tried to say I had used the wrong stack which I hadn't. My advice is save your money from buying this and go for something else.

"Great service and delivery times."
I have had so much trouble since brexit ordering items from the UK, with either ridiculous delivery times or added VAT. One week ago I ordered 4 die sets from the crafters companion EU site, all Gemini dies as I love the quality. Dies were dispatched swiftly, no hassle with vat and they arrived safely and well packaged today. I am very happy with the service I've received and got 20% off for my first order which was a bonus.

These are just the nicest people to deal with. Their delivery is the quickest anywhere and any problems are sorted instantly and without question. It will remain a pleasure to purchase long into the future I hope.

"Awful customer service, flawed product."
My Gemini machine took over 2 weeks to arrive. After 6 weeks very light use, one of the plates cracked right through. I was using the correct ‘sandwich’ at the time. Two weeks after emailing Crafters Companion to request a replacement plate, I have received nothing more than an automated acknowledgement. The plates are awful - they buckle so badly ( however much you ‘flip and rotate’) that it is impossible to arrange dies flat for accurate cutting. The product is poor with in-built flaws, the customer service is, apparently, non-existent.

"My Gemini die-cutter and embossing…"
My Gemini die-cutter and embossing machine which was out of warranty was fixed including postage for £35. Absolutely superb and fast service. The link between DPD and Crafters Companion is also very efficient.

"Love crafters companion and most of…"
Love crafters companion and most of their products even though they seem to follow trends not lead, until I bought the Gemini die cutting machine. We are not allowed to discuss the problems with this product on their Facebook page, the posts get removed, but it has a serious issue with the cutting plates bending and breaking. They constantly tell people that they must turn the plates to get an even flex in the plates, but that doesn’t work, while the owner claims that she just buys new ones because she can’t be bothered to turn them. So known issues that make the machine either unusable or expensive to use, but no solution from a dragons den entrepreneur, disappointing!

"spectrum noir alcohol pens"
back in 2011 i purchased the spectrum noir alcohol pens, at over £150 they were an investment but refillable so could last a lifetime. but i’ve been trying for six months to get a conversion chart for the new numbering system for refills with no success. allegedly they keep changing manufacturers, each time making the previous pens obsolete. save ur pennies and invest in copics instead!

"hopeless delivery times"
Crafters companion took two weeks to deliver a pack of card. When I stated this in response to a feedback form from them, they sent me a reply suggesting I was at fault. No hint of an apology.
Do you think I'll use them again?
