I have been a customer of Crafter's Companion for many years. There have been problems with the website, but the problems have been fixed. I have no problems with ordering from the company, items arrive quickly and packed very well. I would recommend them as a supplier of good quality crafty stuff.

Sadly this company have not admitted that there is a problem with the metal shim used with the Gemini. There is still no warning that this can cut you due to the sharp edges. I would not recommend this company as they don't put their customers or safety first.

The staff are friendly always willing to help knowledgeable on many areas of different departments of crafting even the basics Input if really helpful.

The chesterfield store is always welcoming and homely, even if I come out with one product sometimes can’t beat the staff there I always be a loyal customer there the store is always bursting with many different projects to look at and ideas to go from.

Thank you for the inspiration from the bottom of my heart keep doing a amazing job.

Used to love Crafters Companion until the Sheena incident last year. Use of other people's images and being told that it was their own work is not on.

If it had been dealt with appropriately when they were first advised of the problem I would still respect them.

I now have items that I will never use.

The service provided by Crafter's Companion is second to none.
Delivery is fantastic and so are the products they supply.
When I have had to deal with them by telephone or email, their personnel have always been kind, considerate, friendly and extremely helpful.
