I would recommend crafter's companion because the products are top quality. Ordering is easy and any problems are sorted out quickly. They are always bringing new and exciting products to crafters.

I loved CC when they were on Hochanda but not at all on Create and Craft. The service isn't as good as it used to be and the USA seems to come first with new products and indeed, with ordinary supplies. I do find that if I ring with a query the staff are always helpful, but there have been more problems to ring about in the last year or so. Products are not as innovative and interesting as they once were -it comes across as 'same old same old' a lot of the time. I have bought far less in the past months and see nothing interesting coming up. Website is very slow still.

I love Crafter's Companion products and have purchased a lot over the last few years. However, I am dissatisfied with their new website which is not as easy to use as the old one. In particular, it is very slow and, although they say the IT team is working on it, it takes a lot longer to browse and place an order.

On the whole I have very few issues with crafter's companion although I feel that customers have been left hanging with the subscription boxes while Sara has been busy pursuing other avenues for her business and personal development.
I find the staff in the shop helpful and friendly when I am shopping there.

Crafters Companion have some wonderful products and are innovative in their designs on their own brands. You can also buy other brands on the website but I usually buy their own. Their customer service is exceptional and any time I have had a problem they have sorted it out within a couple of days, if something has to be sent, or within minutes if it can be done there and then. I'm still not too sure about the new website but I am getting used to it. The club inspire is well worth joining and this is the 2nd year I've been a platinum member and I intend being one for next year too.
Overall a brilliant company with some excellent staff members I can't fault them.

Since moving to the North East and finding Crafters' Companion, I have made so many friends by joining the workshops on offer. They are reasonably priced with materials and use of tools included. Plus you're given a drink and a tray bake. The staff are always so helpful and patient, giving demonstrations and advice, and, where required, individual assistance. My problem is I can't leave the well stocked shop, in Newton Aycliffe, without spending money. Needless to say, that has enabled me to become a platinum member receiving 20% discount and free postage or courier service. The design team produce innovative tools and materials and I particularly like Sara's Signature collections, which are so inclusive. I'm hooked!

It is the first store I go to when needing crafting or art supplies of any kind. I always purchase direct from their own website, and the customer services team are always very helpful.
