Superb customer journey from ordering to arrival. Very helpful. Karen always answers emails promptly. The delivery which involved a crane went without a hitch. Overall very pleased with the Tub, using it almost daily. Very high quality - My only niggle is I would improve the television (I think it is LCD and there are some spots in the tub where cannot see it clearly because of angle of view - minor point just could be improved )

We are a middle terrace house & thought it would be such a struggle to get the tub in but nope all worked out so I’m very happy with premier hot tubs & who they hired out for delivery. 5* all around!
