Had a few issues trying to change my payment details online, this lead to my order being cancelled multiple times.
Overall happy with how the site runs and the filters available to refine my search.

1.Love the quality of the clothes.
2.Dont love the App it's very clunky & never recognises my password. When I reset it doesn't send the email (not in junk either) I have to phone up & eventually it comes through. When you go to log in again the same issue happens.
3.No option on the app or browser to filter on the items in stock. You browse for ages only to be disappointed at the end.
4. If I want to buy a top & it's less than the £54 membership fee why would I use a VIP credit?
5. There should be an option to purchase two items which collectively amount to more than the £54 credit so this can be deducted and you pay the shortfall just like any other voucher option within other companies.
6. Skipping the months membership fee is always a chore, you have to search the site to find it and you have only a 5 window to do this.

Due to being a member for some time now and seeing no improvements even after reporting the frustrations I will be cancelling my membership once I use my credit up. If there is ever anything in stock to order!

Got to the checkout and went to press “purchase” when I thought I’d just check Trustpilot… saw a bunch of people warning of the ViP membership scam they’re running. Yup I was almost caught by it but cancelled the checkout.

C’mon Fabletics you may think you’re running an honest business but when this many people are calling you out then you have two options, fix the issue orrr ignore everybody and continue the shady practice. You choose to continue by signing people up and giving them a 5 day window to try to cancel before hitting them for £54. Hence the scam.

Shame really.

I saw an add for what seemed like a good offer, so having never used the site before I decided to go and take a look, but the fact i would have had to enter some personal details just to have a browse was a joke I thought, so I decided a site that didn’t allow potential customers to browse without creating an account didn’t need new customers so I left and I won’t be back.
