"I renewed my SkyCaddie for three (3 years."
I renewed my SkyCaddie for three (3) years and when I noticed the dates they were not correct. I had 3 months left on my current subscription and the renewal was from the date that I renewed which meant I had lost the 3 remaining months. So I did a "chat" with Sean Booker and he recommended I call an 800 number which he provided to me. I did call and spoke to another Sean and he handled my problem right then and there. Really nice.

"No support for Australian golf courses."
I have been disillusioned by the lack of support for Golf course mapping in Australia. I play various golf courses in and around Sydney with some courses having out of date mapping. After several requests made to customer support over the years, my request for updated mapping has not led to a fixing of the problem.

"I tried to renew my Double Eagle Family…"
I tried to renew my Double Eagle Family plan for my devices, was told I needed to update equipment on two of the Skycaddies. I did not get the renewal for the family plan I was on at checkout. Got Anan on chat and he stated " the plan is no longer Available". I bought the plan because it was sold to me as, As long as I renew I could keep the plan. They now refuse to honor the plan. Beware what they tell you!

"No communication"
Been with skycaddie for years. I have the SX500. I always renewed the one year plan with the extra state added. Finally decided to do the auto renewal. They renewed my plan but I noticed I didn't get the extra state. Called them and they said extra state wasn't offered any more. They said I would have to get the more expensive plan to get the extra state. I don't need the extra states only the two states I had. A little heads up would of been nice before they auto renewed me because now I'm stuck with only half of what I need unless I spend more money on a new plan. Thinking about going to another provider with no membership plans all because of no communication from skygolf.

"Membership screw up"
Received email that membership on sx550 was expiring on 1/30/2025. Went ahead and renewed membership 11/24/24. put in wrong serial number of unit, we had a SGX that fit the dust. I called customer support, she took down all the information and said someone would get back shortly. That was on 11/24. Since no one contacted me i went to messenger and got Anan Price who said called back at the end of Jan. when the renewal is due. Made no sense. Renewal is listed under the SGX instead of the SX550
