I am very frustrated with my device, it is prone to overheating and the battery has swollen. In addition, our golf course has not been updated in over a year since a remodel. My golf partner has sent multiple emails with no action. We play at Skyline CC in Tucson.

Paid for my new subscription and couldn’t use my sky caddie during my last round because I didn’t jump through the additional hoops they you required. If you charged my card and was paid. Then why do I have to enter more codes to have it WORK????????? WHY.
I DIDN’T require you to use a code for your payment. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS.

My home course, Kennett Square Golf & Country Club, has had significant changes and my long ago request for SkyCaddie to re-map the golf coarse is still waiting. I am not getting the value for the money and I would be hard pressed to recommend anyone to buy SkyCaddie!!!
