Been a member for several years. Have had 3 different models of sky caddie. The current SX550 has been wonderful.

The website has always been a weak point for SkyCaddie. It was much improved. The link-up was quick. all in all, much better than the last time I was here. Still could be better but definitely headed in the right direction.

Have had several sky caddies since the original. Really like the SX550 and all its options, only issue is the battery overheats all the time and the unit shuts down. Issue needs to be addressed or I will not be purchasing any more.

Easy order process, access to chat room for quick answers to questions, and fast delivery. My only problem for me was downloading operating instructions.

The process to order my new Skycaddie Pro % X was very simple.
The startup instructions should tell you to make your old unit is inactive.
Also a bit let down that my SX500 is no longer supported and it was just a battery problem!
