The new SkyCaddie that I bought is very slow and very hard to use. I had an older model which was very easy to use and faster than the new one. Also, when I tried to add my older model as a second one it wouldn’t let me do it

I have had a Sky Caddie since the S-3. Just got the new Pro 5X. Love the 5X! But not a fan of the Mobile version. That version is not very robust. There are Free GPS APPS that provide many more features. For what we pay for your devices, the Mobile App should be equivalent to, or better than Free (or inexpensive) versions.

Renewed my membership in February 2024 for my sg5. The process had you indicated which model you were updating at no time did it inform you that this model was to be deactivated in June 2024. I called the support desk to asked for a refund since the service no longer available. They told me I had to cancel within 30 days of activation so no refund. I feel like I got ripped off on this deal.

250 pounds for a LX5 golf watch and when the screen cracks there answer is to suggest you buy a new one..
Ah and I had a few software issues too that I had to use community support to help resolve.

Do NOT purchase. The charging port is loose and they CANNOT help at all. Expensive product is now JUNK! This is only the 2nd year I've had it. The warranty is 1 year. It worked the first year. Just took it out of the box for the 2nd year and it won't charge. They offer NO solutions.

DONT BUY!! After updating my skycaddie lx5 software I was made aware that my "lifetime" membership was only good for 1 year and that I updated to basic membership with no features. I could purchase a new membership or watch at thier loyal customer rate. Nothing but a scam!!! Very disappointing. Will look for another product.

Have an LX5 watch. The scores won't sync with the website, which is kind of a big feature of these watches. The GPS can take 20 minutes to connect, which is horrible. And the website itself is super slow. For the money you pay, not a good product.
