I had a friend help me order an ESA certificate for my dog so that no matter where I live I will always be able to have him with me and when I filed for my consultation the person who did this with me was Wendy, I always get nervous talking on the phone but her accent was quite soothing and she was very understanding and clear with all the topics brought up. I appreciate the assistance and clearness of the steps that would be happening.

I had a fantastic experience start to finish. I needed to connect with a therapist in order to get ESA documentation for my dog and cat, and US Service Animals was able to make the process painless and straightforward. The therapist they referred me to was very helpful and I got my documents in a timely fashion (only delay was due to the laws of my state requiring a waiting period) and was able to get approved for housing once my documents were in order. I am so grateful for the help US Service Animals was able to offer!
