Our experience with US Service Animals was great from the beginning. Had a little confusion and the representative called me and walked me through the entire process. Our dogs are now fully registered, the products are great quality, and the certificate and ID cards are great to have. Will definitely be working with them again.

"Complete waste of money and time."

I went onto their website and put stuff in my cart but didn’t buy it cause I didn’t want to drop $385 off the spot. They call me suddenly from a random number out of the blue and have me buy it then tell me that a therapist will call me up to THREE TIMES in the next 24 hours to get my animals registered. Should I sit around for 24 hours and wait for you guys when I didn’t even expect to be contacted? That’s a really unprofessional way of going about things. I don’t have all day to do this and be called out of the blue about it. I already had plans that day so when the therapist Nancy called me I told her i couldn’t do it today and asked if I could do it the following day. She then tells me that SHE would call ME the next morning at 9AM. I wake up ready for her to call and she never does. I then call HER at 9:15AM and am sent to voicemail. She calls me back and tells me because of her personal convictions that she won’t approve 2 cats for a dorm room even though I bought two registrations. How does it make sense to direct me to a therapist that won’t approve 2 animals when that’s what I bought? Then I have to wait 3-5 days to get the money back just to rebuy the same exact thing. Honestly this was way more work than it needed to be. Also they told me i couldn’t get my money back for the clearly low quality digital certificates and documents that are blurry. They blatantly look like they took 5 seconds to put together with some copy and paste text. If my animal is no longer registered and I don’t have a letter what is the point of it? That’s $41 out of my pocket for some low quality documents I can’t even use. I’ll never recommend this to anyone I know. You guys are clearly only concerned about profit.
