Everything about working with US Service Animals has been excellent with one exception. An opportunity to speak with either a psychologist or psychiatrist licensed in every state or who can provide a letter customized to each human and service or ESA needs, should have made available early on in the process. I can explain this in more detail if anyone reads this review who has the power and interest to make positive changes and wants to discuss. The opportunity to train a service dog with great instruction provided online through study guides, videos, quizzes, and offering the PSA testing via video submission is nothing short of a wonderful service to so many people and dogs. The cost and geographic limitations are prohibitive for so many of us and your organization provides the opportunity for so many of us who could not have a service dog. Thank you so much for everything you all do!

He was very thorough. None of it was confusing. It was all made very simple. He’s very good at explaining everything. I was very pleased with the service.
