I was a bit skeptical of going through this process over the phone because of the many scams out there, but she immediately made me feel comfortable and eased any suspicions I had coming into this. She was incredibly kind and informative through every step! I’d highly recommend this to anyone considering getting an ESA letter through online or telehealth services!
