Alaska was very awesome. She was so patient and understanding. I have a tbi and she was able to walk me through all my questions and answered them. I am disabled cognitively and she was just amazing above and beyond. She was super friendly. I highly recommend her and she should be a customer service trainer.

He went above and beyond to help me He is probably the most courteous and awesome customer service agent I have experienced He did everything to provide every possible service I could need even telling me how I can get a discount on products such as treats and even a training program for my dog to help with his occasional barking. He is amazing and I definitely recommend if you get him give him five stars He deserves it, He deserves a raise as well for going above and beyond to help me in every way as well.
