"Us service animals was great but the…"

Us service animals was great but the mental health professional who did my phone call was ridiculous. I wanted the one I had last year but she wasn’t available at the last moment. This other lady had me on the phone like less than 5 minutes, very impersonal, very rushing, a little rude even. Signed off on my letter and hung up.
