"These folks are amazing"

These folks are amazing. I inquired last night for a new dog and I have had no less than 4-6 calls today from people offering assistance (not automated calls). Spoke first with Tonya (very helpful) then finally spoke with Valerie several hours later once I decided to make the purchase. Valerie was able to walk me through the process of getting me registered and ready to take my dog through training.

Somehow I put my dogs breed where her name is supposed to be. When I received my certificate and noticed the problem i contacted customer service. Within hours they had fixed the issue and sent new documents to me. In the mail but also down loads to use now. Great customer service.
