Before I ordered a new kitchen sink and taps I contacted TapsUK customer service regarding the colour of the sink. A photo of the sink can be deceiving.
I received a very quick response answering my question and putting any doubts I had at ease.
The tap was being shipped from Germany and I was infomed of a short delay but it was actually delivered earlier than expected.
Both appliances have now been fitted and are terrific.
I would recommend using TapsUk if you are looking for quality appliances and excellent customer service.

The tap is fine. However I ordered this through Avios estore to acquire the air miles they offering. I was awarded nothing.
… thanks for your response. I have learned that Avios in notorious for avoiding air miles for just the slightest deviation from their picky process. Need to scrutinise their small print. Lesson learned.

I would think twice before ordering from this company.
Their delivery system is diabolical.
They gave me a time slot for delivery.Unfortunately I had a prior appointment so I arranged for my neighbour to meet the delivery team, they arrived at my property. I have a door camera so rang my neighbour to let him know. He went out and meet them on my drive saying he would take the parcel which was a sink and tap as I was going to be late getting back from my appointment.
They refused to give him the parcel and drove off .After several phone calls etc to get resolved they
are now trying to charge me another £9.99 saying it was a failed delivery even though I have camera footage of my neighbour with the delivery team.
I have used this company before but never again after my experience.

"AVOID!!!!"

AVOID!!!!! Scam artists. Anything for a sale. They advertise all items as ‘in stock’ when really, after you place your order you’ll receive an email to let you know the items won’t be in stock for another 2-3 months. Has delayed my bathroom renovation and so much stress has been caused.

Picture perfect! I ordered a sink slightly above my budget but it was all worth it! Perfect material first class delivery and all the bits included. Big Smile!
