"Complete unprofessionalism"

Order arrived broken (not packaged correctly), “helpline” worker shouted at me and hung up when I complained. Once my item was safely redelivered, I emailed a formal complaint, they sent an inaccurate and pedantic response defending their poor packaging and service and then had the audacity to claim I hung up on them (quite simply impossible to prove from a recording lol). Immature and disrespectful. Don’t waste your time
