I wanted a very specific type of tap to replace the mixer tap in the bathroom handbasin. The website was easy to use and I found what I wanted. The tap was delivered when promised. A plumber fitted it just today.

I asked a customer service representative for advice on tap fittings, She promised to check and call me back. I called again and was told she was still working on it. I never received any response!

Needed some parts quickly so I paid for next day delivery. One item was out of stock (I ordered two but only one was in stock) but I was sent the rest of the order next day, refunded the extra delivery cost and the remaining item will follow. All this without me contacting them first.
Now that's what I call excellent service.
