No filters on search results.
The searches bring up items that do not fully meet the search critera (should be AND).
I selected an item (Nuie Athena Anthracite Woodgrain 800mm Floor Standing 2-Drawer Vanity Unit & Basin 3 ) and the related items were not below it.
The item I selected had a different model in the picture (it did say in red but still not helpful).
The cabinet accessory pieces to the vanity (brown with white sink) were not available in the same colour (only brown with black top).

Great Belfast sink at great price. No compromise on the quality at a great price. I thought the delivery was a bit expensive but the delivery guys were great delivered heavy sink into my house and as they weren’t happy with the condition of the box they asked if they could open it to check the condition of the sink which I was more than happy for them to do. Very efficient.

Looking for a good deal on a small sink. I came across these who seems to be competitive, a little bit cheaper than other places.
Ordered 1 sink no problem, paid for the 1 sink and delivery no problem, received order confirmation no problem. Text from the courier to say they were expecting my parcel.

Next day I had an email from the company saying that the item I had ordered was only available in bulk orders and if I wanted the 1 of the same item I would have to pay £25 extra.

Companies that advertise products online at a set price are obliged to give you that product at that price. Not suddenly put the item out of stock and then increase the price.

I would avoid this company. No loyalty to customers. I have ordered the sink from another company, same price as the original TAPSUK price ( before they changed their mind ) and it’s getting delivered tomorrow. That’s how a company should operate.

However, the customer service of the courier company. Furdeco, that they use, is appalling. Total lack of connection with the customer.
There was no problem with the, eventual, delivery.
