All in all, a good experience. My initial choice was out of stock with no indication of when it would return, but the email advising me of that gave me other options, and after speaking with a helpful lady, I chose one of those,which arrived as promised.
No complaints at all with the service or product.

We are happy with the quality of items and the prices we paid.
A little bit of confusion with costumers service because they contacted us to tell that part of the order was out of stock only when the payment was already made and find a replacement was a bit of a problem.
The delivery was a bit complicated comparatively other shops online too.
Nothing dramatic but not as smooth as others experiences we had.

The process of ordering on-line until delivery was very good and I was kept informed.
The sensor bin lid was competitively priced and working well.

An absolutely horrendous experience - items never existed! I gave this company a try & ordered some new bathroom furniture, around a week later they contacted me to let me know an item in my order was out of stock & suggested a more expensive alternative.
I was disappointed by this, and they refused to extend any gesture of goodwill discount. I agreed to swap for the more expensive unit (they emailed me a link so I'd seen it on their site), and paid the difference over the phone.
When my order confirmation came through I realized the item they'd placed on order for me was the wrong size, I emailed to point out the mistake to be told the replacement item was out of stock, they'd included the item ID in the email & over the phone, and it was my fault for not confirming the item ID.
At no point did they point out it had been swapped for a third time, in what world is the customer expected to notice the code has changed during the email thread after the link & title was originally shared & confirmation given?
Waste of two weeks, I've ordered from somewhere else & am waiting on a refund.

Bought a kitchen refuse bin. When it arrived the release button in the lid didn’t work, so the lid didn’t open. Told Taps Uk help desk, who came back to me the same day and asked me to send a video which I did. That same day they sent me a new lid, which arrived the next day and works perfectly. Very happy with their service.
