I ordered wrong product. Sending back was a nightmare as the company wanted me to use specific company. When I provided the return address I was told the unit didn't exist. I have sent it back using returned delivery and followed up with an email but no response and no refund!

Fantastic tap, great price, quickly delivered. But this was the wrong three way tap for our filtration. We have decided to keep the tap and now have two filtration taps to use. Perhaps a good idea to say that it would only fit your filtration units. As say fantastic tap.

We purchased a tap it was faulty.We complained and they agreed to collect the faulty tap.Gave us a day for collection and i had a day off work specially to sort this out.No one collected the faulty tap. Its still here weeks later and one excuse after the other
Were £35 out off pocket dont make the same mistake
