"Poor customer service"

We ordered a white composite sink which when received had marks in the basin which we couldnt remove. A replacement was then sent which had the same marks, we were fitting the following day and asked for a replacement to be told that it was the packaging and wouldnt be sending a replacement, use soap and water, washed there hands of any responsilibity. We managed to get one mark off with barkeeper but had no choice but to fit it. Customer not happy and we had to give a heavy discount at our cost. We sell a number of kitchens each year that need taps and sinks, Taps UK wont be getting any.

10,000 uses for lid.!!!!!!
Within less than 3 weeks.,batteries were used up!
This is could be expensive to run,

They weren’t in stock when I ordered them but I was advised of this straight away, given an expected availability date and offered an alternative. I decided to wait for this product as I had my heart set on them and was constantly updated on my order. When they were available, I was advised immediately and they were despatched to me as a priority. I couldn’t have asked for more! Excellent company to deal with!
