Great Price but what they don’t tell you, is it appears I have been sold a “second” or stock reject, as my sink has a corner off. It will not show when under mounted Silestone Quartz worktops.
Not as advertised, I expect an A grade product, but I have a defective grade product.
I have purchased the same sink before & it NEVER had a section missing on the top corner edge like this, this product has 2-3 cm missing on it upper corner.
I contacted - at TAPS UK on 25/1/24 it was well before installation of course to see what they would do for me but they basically are not prepared to do anything. I suggested as a resolution that I keep the sink for a reduced cost, 20% off as that might be acceptable.

Thank you for your call today, I am sorry for not getting back to you sooner I was awaiting a response from my manager and the technical team,
From your images, I can see these marks are normal casting marks from the manufacturing process. Ceramic & Granite sinks can sometimes have a few unsightly marks underneath or on edges that are not seen, these are always sanded down to ensure there are no sharp edges left and they will always esnure these marks are in areas that will not be shown when the item is fitted, these marks are from where it has been removed from the mould during manufacturing.
Please do not worry, all Ceramic sinks are rigorously quality tested before being released for sale, so although they may be unsightly they are purely cosmetic and will not affect the integrity of the sink and do not affect the warranty in any way, due to this we would be unable to offer any refunds for the item, I am sorry.
I can put a query into Villeroy and Boch to see if they would offer any goodwill gestures but I am afraid the most likely outcome may be that they agree that it is just a casting mark.
I am sorry this is not the preferred outcome, if you do not wish to keep the item you can return it for a refund as you are still within the initial 30-day return for a refund guarantee.

"Disappointing"
We purchased a new kitchen sink and tap from TapsUK. They arrived and we had our plumber come to fit them. Just as he was nearly finished fitting the tap he found a fault with the one they had sent (couldn’t be identified until this point). After some back and forth we were sent a replacement. I asked if we would be reimbursed for the fitting cost we had incurred and would have again through no fault of ours or the plumber. They advised this isn’t their policy or the policy of the manufacturer. Really disappointing service and we are out of pocket for their error. Wouldn’t recommend or use again unfortunately.
