Placed an order WEB286375 for the sum of £600.26. There was a delay on one item, so I requested they dispatch the other two items on the order overnight, whilst the third & final item was due to be delivered to their warehouse.
Their reply: Their would be an additional delivery charge.
My answer: Really? Cancel the order. Business must be good!
Taps UK, you really need to train your customer service staff.

With an earlier order placed last week totalling WEB285751 £382.26, customer loyalty means NOTHING to Taps UK.

Never again will I purchase from this Company.

Extremely good customer service! It was really easy to get through on the phone and you could actually speak to a real person! The staff were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I spoke to Fia, who bent over backwards to help me, which was so refreshing these days when most companies will do anything not to speak to the customer!!! Will definitely use again. Brilliant.
