No tracking information on the tracking number, no response from chat or website contact page.

My knives are first quality and I love them. The only reason I did not rate 5 stars it that the shipping time was exceptionally long and I had to contact the company twice to see what the hold up was. Makes me a little leery to order again.

Hi placed an order for a $120 chef knife from them a week ago now and order still hasn’t been given to shipping company. I have tried to contact them multiple times through email about my order status with no response. Their customer service is really poor and I don’t know if I will receive my item by Christmas.

I never received my item, never got a shipping notification, they wont reply to my emails, the phone number is a dead line. Wont refund the money, I have 0 contact with anyone. I believe I just got scammed

Do not order from them unless you like losing money, and a week of your time, and having to use your good knife as your work knife because they wont send you a wet stone to sharpen your work knife.

I have bought the set of 8 Seido Knives with a stainless steel block. After one week I have notice staining that will not wash off. I sent a email for a refund since they were so expensive and it did not serve the purpose. Now after 3 months the blade is loosing it’s coating and stain is getting worse. Terrible experience with this company. BE AWARE !!! Replying to the answer of the review I have wrote. Of course you are answering now on the post but how about to the e-mail I have sent you or the phone call ? How am I supposed to return them if I can’t get in contact with you guys ? I have followed the instructions and they were not put in the dishwasher at all. But after paying so much money on a set of knives are you telling me that they need special care ? Like wiping it with dry towel after washing because they will loose their coating? Would you like more pictures to proof how bad they have turned since purchased? You guys DO NOT STAND behind your product and always fabricate at least one mistake on the customer’s end to make you look good ! What a waste of my money ! Lesson learned !
