"I ordered a knife set"

I ordered a knife set. For some reason, as mentioned by several other people it was returned to the company. I have contacted this company at least 20 times and it's always the same. We are working to fix this our shipping department has been notified blah blah. I have asked for a refund multiple times and have asked for a replacement. It took them 2 days to send them the first time why is it taking 6 weeks to send it the second time? This seems to be very common with this company Do Not Use This Company!!!

"I never received the steak knives I…"

I never received the steak knives I ordered as they sent them to the wrong address. This was back in December 2022. I tried several times to remedy, but I got no response. I even purchased the loss prevention for my order and I still have yet to receive any answers from these people or my money back or a replaced for the lost order. Do not order from these people.

"Total scam!"

These knives are horrible. I feel completely scammed. A total waste of money. Much better knives are available for a lot less money. Don't buy!!!!

"Scam alert"

Scam alert! I ordered these knives in January. Don’t have the product and they refuse to give me a refund. They told me all they could do is provide replacement. Replacement for what? There is nothing to replace, I never received anything. 14 emails later and it’s the same run around, sorry for the inconvenience we are working on it blah blah blah with no remedy. What they need to add to their emails is “we are working on this and will be telling you we are working on this until you forget about the $180 we scammed you out of” if you enjoy throwing money away and being frustrated with poor customer service-this is it! My excuses received were they sent it to the post office, but then the post office sent it back to them. They see that it was sent back to them but have to wait until they can verify it’s made a return to them. When questioned about when it will be sent out or resent I get no response. It’s a run around of excuses and the bottom line is they do not plan on giving me my product and stole money from me!!!!! Also, my date of experience with them is ongoing bc I’m going to be writing reviews everywhere to warn people and anything else I need to do. I’ve been trying to give them an opportunity to make it right but I do believe they are giving me no choice but to report fraud.

"Horrible knifes"

Wosrt thing I've ever spent money on. Each time we use them they have to be polished with special cleanser. They start to rust as soon as they touch water. Sickening

"I am a real person happy with purchase"

I got the eight piece set about a year ago and they have been very good knives I use them on a daily basis they work well they have good balance, it was a very good purchase If I recall I think it took a week or two to arrive they came in a nice box set, I have them mounted on magnet for easy access in my kitchen, I would highly recommend if your looking for a knife set for your kitchen worth the price in my opinion 😀

"Terrible"

I was thrilled with the knife I got my husband for Christmas. We have been using it for less than 3 months and have taken great care because it wasn’t cheap (+$100). Just yesterday we noticed that there was a loose piece or something rattling inside the knife and contacted customer service immediately. They got back super quick, which I appreciate, but told me that since it’s wear and tear, there’s nothing they can do. Wear and tear after 2 and a half months on a knife that cost well over a $100!? A joke and a scam. Never again.

"Update to my review and response to…"

Update to my review and response to Seidos comment to my first review:
Over two months after I left my review, over 3 months since the purchase- they responded on here. This really illustrates the lack of customer service they offer.

The knife was not destroyed during use. It crumbled 12 days after my daughter received it while cutting cheese- not hard cheese either. Just cheese. This is clearly a manufacturers defect.

The only costumer service agent I've heard from is Azalea- who promptly ghosted me when I kept asking when my warranty would be honored after I was told it would be since i bought the extra warranty. After 3 months of receiving "I'm so sorry, I know this is frustrating, we're just waiting to hear from our fulfillment/management/costumer service rep so we can proceed"- I was ghosted with absolutely no reply to emails. There is no working phone number and their chat is responded to via email as well.
It's interesting I've only received this response since filing a claim with the BBB, The online fraud department with the FBI and contacted my bank to file a claim against them as a scam business that does not honor orders with the items they promise.
I hope and pray that no one else does business with this absolutely horrible "business". The only "business" they offer is stealing people's money, frustrating them and then gaslighting them online with claims that they want to help you with the crap they and our that they call "quality" crap
