"The knife its self seemed to be great…"

The knife its self seemed to be great quality however after one use of chopping parsley, red onion, garlic and grape tomatoes on the recommended wood cutting board we noticed the blade had divets in it. We contact customer service and were told to sharpen the blade which is where the 1 star review comes from. If the knife is quality why would it develop divets or need to be sharpened after one use on vegetables? If the divers were there prior why would the product be shipped in that state? Had the product not had or developed issues after one use it would be a 5 star review as it did cut very nicely and it a beautiful knife, but customer service was very poor in resolving the issue appropriately, that combined with the defective issue I would give them a 1 star review, customer service goes a long way.

These knives arrived in great packaging and with obvious care. So I am not sure what some of the reviewers are referring to when they comment on the receipt of their package. As for the knives themselves, I have absolutely no complaints. I love them!

I bought these knives based on their ratings listed on their ad, and the type of knives I was looking for. When I received them, I could not believe my eyes! The entire box with the six knives weighs about half a pound. Not the weight of a box of quality knives. I paid $100 for this junk. I threw them in the trash can because they were indeed trash.

These knives are exceptional and extremely good quality. I've had mines for over 2 years and they're still razor blade sharp. They take very minimal care. And tons of abuse . As a professional chef of six years and working in Michelin restaurants, I think these knives are exceptional. I now have 3 sets. I know one day I will buy a 4th set. I would recommend these knives for professional chefs novice the chefs amateur chefs and home chefs. . They truly are a great products. And definitely worth every penny. Out Of every knife company I've ever worked with these are the ones I use most. And I really hope to continue doing so.

These knives are nothing like what they look like on the website. Cheap materials and construction immediately made me want a refund. What you don’t realize is that force you to pay shipping to Canada to return them which runs about 80$ and they only offered a fractional refund on top of that. Junk and poor customer service…. I’m amazed they are still scamming people into buying them.

The knives are second to none and the customer service is just as good! I have ordered multiple knives from here with no issue. Then there was a snafu when I somehow was billed for 2 knives when I only meant to purchase one. I contacted CS and they worked with me to get my refund and even through in an extra gift for a "gesture of goodwill".
