Please consider below and other reviews before making a purchase from this company. I experienced issues with a pair of Nike football boots ($360) and after only six months of use, which was confirmed by Nike are faulty of workmanship. Despite this, they refused to exchange the boots, citing reasons such as playing style and the fact that the boots had been used in wet weather, which they claimed can caused them to rip. I don’t think Nike would be happy to hear that. As a result, I am now forced to go through the lengthy process of filing a claim directly with Nike.

"Non fulfilment of order and very poor customer service"
I bought a futsal ball on sale from the website. 10 days later I received an email saying they could not fulfil my order as the item was no longer in stock. I called them up as I said I could see that it was still available for sale on the website, they explained that I had bought a white ball with orange writing and they only had white balls with yellow writing. I said I didn't mind the colour, I just need a futsal ball and could they swap it. They said that the sale has now ended and that I would need to pay the $21 difference now it is no longer in sale. This is really poor considering my order was on 23rd August and they tell me this on 2nd September after sale has ended, really poor from UltraFootball

Horrid shipping to NZ, Ordered a LFC UCL kit got sent with a ucl patch and premier league font was told i had to pay to send it back to get the ucl patch removed so it didnt look fake not to mention that shipping is 4weeks+ minimum

Don't buy from Ultra Football, they supplied me with a faulty boot where delamination occurred after only a few times wearing them, between the the soleplate and the boot upper. They refused to accept a Return even though I wanted to spend the money with them again to buy another pair of boots. Impersonal copy & paste replies from a so called customer service team, terrible experience for a customer who has spent thousands of dollars with them over a number of years.

Had to make a change to the size of the football boots I ordered which the CS team did swiftly, order was shipped out and received in NZ within 4 business days. Really stoked with the level of service.

There are no options to cancel your order online. You need to contact customer service on a number that doesn't work.
Terrible customer service with a phone number that never connects and the email interactions are just a premade scrip they send as a reply.

"Need to offer refunds and improve returns process"
One of the worst online shopping experiences I've ever had. Ordered shoes in mid-March, took them a week to say they couldn't deliver to the supplied address. Shoes eventually arrived, but were the wrong size. Since UF don't offer refunds or free returns I had to pay $8 shipping, wait for my shoes to be returned, processed, then wait for replacements to ship out. The whole exchange process took so long I ended up missing a few rounds of indoor. Took FIVE WEEKS in total to get my shoes, and that's only with me chasing them up every couple of days. Never shopping here again.

Stick with somewhere more reputable, that allows for free returns and cancellations with no hassles.
I purchased something with a parcel collect address. Nowhere on their website states they can't deliver to one, only PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers. But this isn't even the main problem. You would expect an email the next day about such matter, try a week, but only because YOU emailed. Worst customer service I ever had to deal with, practically nonexistent. Don't know why they wouldn't contact me ASAP. If they couldn't deliver to an address, how long would it take for them to email you if you hadn't first? Probably never! Also a made up rule as well. Adidas AU states they can't deliver to PO boxes and parcel lockers as well, yet they deliver to my parcel collect address, why can't these guys? Also if you miss a delivery at home, where do they normally deliver to? The post office for later collection anyway! LMAO
Emailed back immediately when they emailed me, saying I was unhappy with the service, wish to cancel, called them out on the fact that what they said in the email was a new rule that was not present on the website. Haven't heard a reply back since, it's been 5 days and counting, have a hunch they are ghosting me, unwilling to cancel, super slow, it's been two weeks overall, feels like I'm buying something from overseas if it's taking this long... extremely impatient and frustrated, feels like they just took the money out of my wallet and ran...

"Slow (actually no) shipping, poor communication"
Do not buy from here! Purchase made online. Terrible communication and service, the only communication was that instigated by me trying to chase up my order, twice. Priority shipping is not actually a thing. The second time I contacted them was after 19 days (11 business days because they would not discuss anything until 10 business days had passed). The item was out of stock by then and my order was cancelled by them.
