Submit plenty of emails to customer support and also Zendesk tickets but no response from them.

I strongly recommend that all football academies take their business elsewhere. This company is not delivering. Their customer support is completely non responsive to emails and does not answer their phone. Order was dispatched after 2 weeks and did not have any of the mandatory club logos. Ultrafootball is subsequently completely unresponsive. If I was to read between the lines, I think everyone should withhold giving them any of your hard earned money unless you exchange the money directly in person for your goods. In my personal opinion, I do not expect them to still be trading in the near future.

Product good quality...ordered 2 kits but only received 1.....emailed about 6 times , no answer...had large order to get but will prob go elsewhere now...not worth it if you don’t receive, and didn’t receive refund either. Lisa Ireland

Bad customer support. Potential scam or fraud. Purchased in bulk order for 34 items. Received only 29 items and the support gone missing with the support ticket is remained OPEN.
Emailed the customer service a few times already to request refund but they remain mute.

Not sure what is going on but when a company knows they have delivery issues, significant issues, from 3-5 days to 3 weeks and still waiting, update the website..At very least be honest about delays before orders are placed..It's poor and dishonest....The 5% discount code does nothing when you will never buy from them again..Seriously...

Ordered an item with priority shipping and a 2-5 business day ARRIVAL time. When it didn't ship within these timeframes, I queried it and got told they were moving warehouses and they'd prioritise it (nowhere on their site does it say there is a delay.) Next minute, they've updated all their shipping times to 3-10 business days.
Like the below review, I got offered a pittance in the form of 5% off a future order. I told them to refund my shipping I'd paid for and not received. To their credit, they did this - but they didn't reply to my email, just processed a refund. Finally 10 days after ordering (& well after I should have already had it) they tell me what I ordered is sold out and asked if I'd like a store credit or my money back. Obviously told them to just refund me. That was 2 days ago. Still waiting on my refund.
Terrible, avoid at all costs.
