Terrible service AVOID!
I ordered a jersey with a custom name and number. Received a plain jersey, complained to ultrafootball and they said it is not an option. Went back to website and the option is no longer there. Now they are basically telling me I am a liar and will not offer me a refund only store credit. If they had of simply told me before dispatch that they stuffed up I would have canceled the order, instead they changed my order and sent out something i did not want.

The store itself is very good, great staff and great selection, the online store on the other hand is poor.
I ordered a pair of boots $400+ for my son’s birthday. I ordered them 17 days before the date as it specified the delivery would be 14 days maximum. After a few emails with no solution, I got an email the day before his birthday saying the item was out of stock. Why on earth does it take over two weeks to tell me they were out of stock…. The official store is great, the online store is useless.

This is my first ever review for anything, and clearly Ultra Football got me offside today. Why I won’t be returning nor will I or suggest to my family or friends to purchase future vouchers from here. The fact their policy dose not allow you to use more than one voucher is beyond me. Especially when they made me do two seperate transactions, to still find an excuse after spending $300 more than the combined $110 vouchers…. Yet it gets better, we were not even allowed to redeem our 8000 points a further $25 voucher. What an absolute joke of a business model. Sales 101, treat people the way you want to be treated if you seek returning business. Today you lost more than one customer, including a very disappointed young boy, who enjoyed coming here for the experience.

The walk-in store is great the online store is diabolical.
There is zero communication or feedback until you send them follow up emails.
Don't believe their delivery dates, we followed up a week after the given delivery date was missed only to be told that they didn't have stock and they would offer a store credit, this was one month after placing the order.
Never again will we order online with them.

Was reluctant to purchase from ultra football after reading all the poor reviews. Had to check if it was not dodgy since I’m from SA and had never heard of them. However my experience was top notch. Great range, good stock levels, speedy shipping interstate and no dramas. Would recommend.

I have ordered item as youth size which means teenager sizing and I receive a child size. I then ask for a swap of the items and they won't refund the shirt just because it has a printed logo with name on it. This is not the customer's problem considering the sizing is way too small and the shirt costs at least $65 and made in Cambodia! The business is after money at all costs not thinking like a customer and goes against the Fair Trafing Act for misleading advertising.

Bought a football shirt. No updates on shipping. I ended up emailing them and was told the product was not available anymore. Still waiting on refund...

Shocking customer service bought a product from Ireland for Family in Australia get informed on 22 of December almost at midnight the just realised the product is not in stock all via a lacklustre automated email would highly recommend staying clear joke operation would give 0 stars if possible ill stick to regular post from now on

No communication despite multiple attempts by me to contact them. Finally received a response today - the item is out of stock. What a waste of time. Now to see if they actual issue the refund like they said they would. Do not use this company.

Ordered a Norwich City top for Xmas. Took three weeks to respond to my constant enquiry as to status of order. When they finally responded was advised the top couldn’t be located in their Melbourne or Sydney store. Such a bad experience. Never again!
